This activity focused on suitable common socio-economic variables and
indicators to be used around the basin. A preliminary list
of each country’s priorities, concerning socio-economics
aspects, was identified, it includes: legislation and
fiscal system, associations, problems concerning fish
markets.
The research programmes actively performed by the AdriaMed
Project and the Adriatic institutions involved are
presented in summarised forms, which highlight the main
aspects (title objective, preliminary results) as well as
more details information describing the meeting organised,
the training exercises carried out, the publications
issued, the main results obtained.
Many outputs were
published as contributions for the Adriatic region and for
the whole Mediterranen through the GFCM and SAC and CAQ
Sub-committee meetings. |
