On the basis of Articles 2 and 45 of the Law on Marine Fisheries (Official Journal of the Republic of Montenegro No. 55/2003) and the opinion obtained from the competent scientific institution, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management has issued R U L E B O O K ON SETTING OF THE LINE WHERE WATER CEASES TO BE STABLY SALT IN RIVERS THAT FLOW INTO THE SEA AND SETTING OF BOUNDARIES OF FISHERY RESERVES Article 1 The line where water ceases to be stably salt and which is considered the boundary of the fishery sea in the river Bojana is set at the village Sveti Nikola. Article 2 Boundaries for fishery reserves channel Port Milena, Saltworks in Tivat, the Krtoljska cove with the Kukuljina cove, mouths of rivers Morinjska rijeka, Mrcevska rijeka, Gradiosnica, Veliki potok and Skudra are: Channel Port Milena: - from the mouth of the channel to the Saltworks, including the side channel of the Saltworks into the river Brdela, Saltworks in Tivat: - area of 50 hectares covered with existing pools. Cove of Krtolska with the Cove of Kukuljina- the area from Kaliman ostrvo Milosrdja to the outer cape at the entrance of the cove Bjelila. Mouth of the Morinjska river- from the mouth of the river into the sea 700 meters upstream to the mill of Catovici and Milinovici Mouth of the Mrcevska river- from the mouth of the river till the bridge on the new road to the Lustica peninsula, 700 meters longwise. Mouth of the Gradiosnica- from the mouth of the river to the bridge on the highway 450 meters longwise. Mouth of the Veliki potok (Siroka rijeka) - from the mouth of the river, 1,000 meters longwise and in average width of the river bed of 13 meters. Mouth of the Skurda (Skurda 1 and Skurda 2 – Mala rijeka) - From the well to the mouth and part of the sea in front of the mouth till the marina, in front of the Nautical Faculty and beginning of the village of Muo. Article 3 Boundaries of the fishery reserves stated in Article 2 of this Rulebook where fishing and catch of other marine organisms is prohibited, must be marked with visible marks. In the area of fishery reserves, tables with the name and mark “Fishery reserve” must be placed, where appropriate. Marking of the boundaries of the fishery reserve and setting of tables stated in paragraph 2 of this Article shall be done by the administrative body in charge of maritime fisheries. Article 4 The day this Rulebook enters into force the Rulebook on setting of the line where water ceases to be stably salt in rivers flowing into the sea and setting of boundaries of fishery reserves (Official Journal of the Republic of Montenegro No. 53/93) shall be repealed. Article 5 This Rulebook shall enter into force on the eighth day from the day of its publishing in the Official Journal of the Republic of Montenegro.
