Scientific Cooperation to Support Responsible Fisheries in the Adriatic Sea

 

FAO-AdriaMed Project (Scientific Cooperation to Support Responsible Fisheries in the Adriatic Sea) is an FAO Regional Project and it is funded by the Italian Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry Policies (MiPAAF), since 2007 by the European Commission and from january 2016 by the Croatian Ministry of Agriculture and from February 2018 by the Ministry of Agriculture Food and Forestry of Slovenia. The Project aims in promoting scientific cooperation among the Adriatic countries (Republics of Albania, Bosnia Herzegovina, Croatia, Italy, Montenegro and Slovenia), in line with the Code of Conduct for Responsible Fisheries (UN-FAO).
